Obituary for Meena Soodeen
It is with heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved Meena Soodeen. The Lord called her home on Sept 11, 2020 after a courageous battle with Cancer. Meena passed away at her home in Ajax, Ontario, at the age of 59 surrounded by Family and Friends.
She was born on March 2 to Samual and Sumariah Soodeen of Torouba Road Marabella, Trinidad and Tobago. Meena is survived by her loving husband or 40 years Devanand Sammy, two children Stefan Sammy and Aren Sammy, brothers and sisters, Hemraj Soodeen, Jim Soodeen, Joel Soodeen, Sunil Soodeen, Toonnam Soodeen, Gemma Soodeen(Oudnarine), Jenny Soodeen(Mohammed), Savi Soodeen(Albert) Geeta Soodeen(Williams) and Sophia Soodeen. Her nieces and nephews, Mitchum Mohammed, Crystal Oudnarine(Gaudette), Stara Oudnarine(Nguyen) Miguel Mohammed, Nathan Williams, Shaun Williams, Rebecca Soodeen, Sarah Soodeen, Roger Soodeen, Cindy Soodeen. Great nieces and nephews Kaylee Nguyen, Khloe Nguyen, Lium Mohammed, Kylie Mohammed, Max Mohammed, Emma Gaudette, Madeline Gaudette(deceased), Ava Gaudette.
