It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Clayton Lewis announce his
sudden passing on Monday, June 15, 2022 at the age of 47.
Mike will be lovingly remembered by his son Tristen, parents John Lewis and Tina
Mountenay; stepmom Joan Lewis; brothers Jack and Nathaniel; aunt Yvonne; cousins
Sara, Wendy, Chad, Leah and numerous other close family members and friends. Mike
was predeceased by his brother Christopher Lewis, stepfather Bob Mountenay and aunt
Melanie.
Mike’s contagious smile and big warm hugs will be missed. His great personality and
warm heart allowed him to get along with anyone. In his youth, he had a passion for
cadets, which lead to him joining the military. While Mike loved listening to music and
exploring the outdoors, he could make himself at home in anyone’s kitchen cooking
fabulous meals.
A visitation service will be held on Monday, July 4, 2022 from Noon to 2pm at Ajax
Crematorium and Visitation Centre, 384 Finley Avenue, Ajax, ON.
