Pathminidevi passed away peacefully at her residence in 18-#335 Mondeo Drive, Scarborough, Ontario. She is the beloved daughter of late Subramaniam (Kalaivani Rice Mill, Kokuvil East, Jaffna) and late Thaiyalnayaki, beloved wife of Paramanathan (retired Statistical officer, Batticaloa), loving mother of Ahilan, Bahirathy, and Kalaichelvi, mother-in-law of Dharani, Pathmanathan and Anil Priyan, beloved grandmother of Sophie, Ruban, Aruni, Harish and Priyanka, loving sister of Kamala, Vimala, Lalitha, Sriranganathan and Kalaivani, sister-in-law of Kirubaharan, Sivananthan, Kalamani, late Sarojinidevi, Kailanathan and Pushpanathan.
